Upon material arrival, please thoroughly inspect every item and contact Shoppackage for any damaged or missing items, sizing or aesthetics issues etc. By continuing, you understand the following:
- Shoppackage will provide free exchange for any reasonable item issues reported before installation, including sizing, color, damage, and compatibility. For such issues reported before installation, Shoppackage will offer free exchange/return, while shipping fee will be applied.
- Once a material item has been installed, Shoppackage will not offer exchange/refund. So we suggest clients to inspect materials on arrival for subjective considerations, such as hue, aesthetics and spatial juxtapositions.
- Customized items such as depth modification, roll-out or other add-on are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns or exchanges for countertops are only accepted prior to any modifications.
- Refunds will be initiated to the original form of payment. It may take 2-10 business days for a credit card refund to appear on your account.
Shoppackage reserves the final right of interpretations of the above terms.
