Material Inspection Terms
Upon material arrival, please thoroughly inspect every item and contact Shoppackage for any damaged or missing items, sizing or aesthetics issues etc. By continuing, you understand the following:

  • Shoppackage will provide free exchange for any reasonable item issues reported before installation, including sizing, color, damage, and compatibility. For such issues reported before installation, Shoppackage will offer free exchange/return, while shipping fee will be applied.
  • Once a material item has been installed, Shoppackage will not offer exchange/refund. So we suggest clients to inspect materials on arrival for subjective considerations, such as hue, aesthetics and spatial juxtapositions.
  • Customized items such as depth modification, roll-out or other add-on are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns or exchanges for countertops are only accepted prior to any modifications.
  • Refunds will be initiated to the original form of payment. It may take 2-10 business days for a credit card refund to appear on your account.

Shoppackage reserves the final right of interpretations of the above terms.
